“I enjoy creating an experience for people. Especially when the experience benefits their well-being. The menu for this event will be lively and as fresh as it gets with all ingredients honest and karma free. Norwood Wine Bar embraces sophistication and a high scale environment that I’m looking forward to contributing to for this special event. I choose my first pop up dinner for 2019 to go to a cause that is meaningful to myself and my community. Sustainability is not only an important everyday practice but urgent to educate the world so humanity can move into a brighter future. Although “sustainability” in general is a large task to take on, the best way you can contribute is to start in your own back yard. I hope this dinner not only creates a remembered experience for my guests but also sparks their support for Sustainable Wenatchee. As a gift to our dinner guests I’ll be sharing the sustainable recipes from the dining experience for them to recreate for themselves and/ OR pass forward to others.”
